DAMAGE/WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us no more than 24 hours after receiving the package at amazedbyari@yahoo.com with your order information and photo/video evidence of the wrong/damaged items. We will then discuss how to move forward with this issue.

 

 REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

ALL orders placed are FINAL!

Once your order is place it is non-refundable and non-returnable. (unless wrong item received).  In which case you will need to contact us directly at Memorieswithchristinanecole@gmail.com with photo proof of the product received as well as the invoice you received at time of purchase. 

Please be sure to review and place your order carefully to make sure everything is correct. 

 

You need to cancel?

You will have 1 hour after your order is placed to contact and have your order cancelled.  If you have missed your 1 hour window we will not be able to honor the cancellation.

 

Charged by Mistake

If you do not receive a confirmation email the order DID NOT reach us! Your order did not process correctly. If any monies was deducted from your account it returned to your account usually within 24 hours. Please contact your bank for processing timelines.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday ONLY

Please allow 5-8 Business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to be delivered.  

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

 

Missing or Lost Packages

For all orders that were missing or lost please contact USPS directly to consult with them about locating your package. Please be sure to refer to the tracking number in your confirmation email when seeking assistance.
